The single biggest influence on American music to many, many singers, along with "yours truly". Frank taught me how to sing a love song, how to "swing & sway", how to use my instrument. He taught a lot of us that singing was "cool", and expressing our feelings in a song was alright.
He was simply, "The Voice" of 20th century music.
